Sugar free Summer Part 3
Weight: 16 pounds gone
Inches: 12 inches gone
Outlook: I don't need sugar. I really don't even want it most of the time now. It seems like more of a hassle than a treat. I can have a cookie and not gain any weight but will I stop at one? Probably not.
Sugar: I am leaving the refined sugar out of my diet until I reach my goal weight ( 67 pounds to go!). Maybe after that amount of time, I will be able to enjoy in moderation!
Dairy: I decided to get up dairy this fall. Fall in my mind is the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving. I am giving it up for two reasons. One is my acne. I see flare ups within hours of having dairy. Two is it's my go to "cheat"! Pizza, Nachos, and Cheese burgers are the first thing I reach for on cheat days. I know it will help my weight loss if I don't fall too far off the wagon!
Detox: To jump start my no dairy fall, I will be doing the Arbonne Detox again starting September 18!
