I hope everyone is having a great week! I started a food detox yesterday, and I will be doing that for 30 days! I am focused on getting my diet under control. I gained 7.4 pounds in the last two months! That's after losing 26.6 in the first five months of the year! It's super hard to get it off but super easy to put it back on! I didn't start this blog to write about health and fitness or Mom Life Stuff. So I will not be writing about it here. I will be writing about it on the Tampa Bay Moms Blog.
